Letters Through Time
A letter from another century. A life suddenly feels close.

Letters Through Time
A letter has arrived from another century. The paper is folded. The words are personal. And suddenly, history feels less like a list of dates and more like a life unfolding.
Imagine reading the private diary of a young woman waiting for news from across the sea. A craftsman describing his proudest work. A traveller writing home about a world his family has never seen. These are imagined voices, carefully inspired by real historical places, customs and events — fiction that brings the everyday feelings of the past close enough to touch.
Letters Through Time will offer original human-written historical fiction and human-created illustrations, presented with the intimacy of letters and diary pages.
For the reader who has ever wished an old photograph could speak, or wondered what an ordinary day felt like a hundred years ago. Coming in a future Miituyu collection.
Behind every century were people.
An apprentice proud of the first thing they ever made. A mother waiting for news. A traveller trying to describe a place that no one at home has seen.
Through imagined diaries and letters, we hope to bring the smaller human moments of history closer. These will be works of historical fiction, not genuine archival documents.
This collection is being developed for a future launch.
